MATHER CYNTHIA L. (Winger) MATHER age 43 of Northfield Center, along with her husband Jeff age 43; daughters Alyson age 12 and Ruth Ann age 8, passed away on January 11, 2016.

Cindy was born in Canton, Ohio on October 12, 1972 and is daughter of Thomas Winger of Alliance and Deborah (Beckert) Winger of Massillon. She was a graduate of Hoover High School and Bowling Green State University. Cindy was employed as a tutor at Kidslink - Neuro Behavioral Center and was a founding member of The Rock Community Church. In addition to her parents she is survived by sister and brother-in-law, Carrie and Dan Hensel and nephews, Jacob, Colton and Luke Hensel all of Navarre and grand-mother, Ruth Ann Winger of Canton. She was preceded in death by her grandparents John and Mary Beckert and Brice Winger.

Cindy-We love you to the moon and back. There are no words to express how much you are loved, and we will not say goodbye. We look at you and are amazed at your courage, your faith, your strength, your humor. You became whatever you needed to be-- a mother, a friend, a sister, a counselor, a smile-to everyone you met. We all depended on you in the tough times, and you handled it all with grace. Know that you will forever be in our hearts. Your life's example will be a model for all who knew you.

Behold, I am doing a new thing; Now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert. Isaiah 43:19.

Alyson-Your journey into Harry Potter, Star Wars and Shakespeare was just starting, and you were fitting in with the other 'nerds' in the family. You could play the piano and Pie Face with equal enthusiasm. Your sweet, sincere nature will always be remembered.

Roo-You were too grown up for Hello Kitty, and strived to be a big girl like your sister. You were entering the world with eyes wide open, a world filled with magic and wonder. Your infectious laughter will stay with us forever.
