Warner Robins -Florence Marian Cobb, 86, answered the Lord's call on Thursday, March 1, 2007 at Serenity Gate Hospice at Perry Hospital in Perry, GA. She was the last surviving of six children, born June 9, 1920 to Charles Edward and Fonda Titus. She was educated through the Tulsa School System and a Southern Baptist. She married Robert (Bob) Augustus Cobb in 1949. She was a strong example of the 'Classic American Mom.' She was a true Blue Ribbon Homemaker and loving mother. I count Mom as a source of strength and love to us all. Faced with the loss of Robert (Bob) A. Cobb in 1984 she still remained strong till the very end. She is preceded in death by her parents, siblings and husband. She is survived by her three children, Albert, Kathy and Robin. Her loving imprint remains on all her children and grandchildren. Survivors are Albert L. Cobb, Sr., Lila C. Cobb, Jennifer T. Corretjer, Albert L. Cobb, Jr. (Lee) and Jason Aaron Cobb in Savannah, GA, David and Kathy George, Rebbeca A. George, Mary George and Robert (Bobby) George of Perry, GA and Robin Ann Cobb of Warner Robins, GA. The family will receive friends and family at the Graveside service at 2 p.m., Monday, March 5, 2007 at Bonaventure Cemetery, Greenwich Section with Dr. Calvin Webb of Ardsley Park Baptist Church will officiate.
