Sheila Jean Mounce, born July 12, 1947, passed away July 21, 2017 at Kingston of Miamisburg with the support of Hospice of Dayton. Sheila was preceded in death by her father, Harold Mounce, brother, Darryl Mounce, grandparents, Fred and Ethel Wyatt and nephew, Kris Mounce. She is survived by her mother, Nina (L.H.) Jones; younger sister, Brenda Mounce-Suttles; step sisters, Tammy Bunn & Sheryl Shephard, nieces, Melissa & Kami, great-nieces, Shannon, Caitlyn and Rachel, great-nephews, Thomas, Kris Jr., Kyle and Sean, great-great-niece, Aubree and friend, Brooklyn. Sheila had a big heart and loved all her family and friends. Sheila attended Ferguson Junior High School and graduated from Beavercreek High School in 1965. She lived in Atlanta, GA. for many years, managing various retail stores. Her last employment was with Victoria's Secret in Kettering. Sheila's love for her mother was true and genuine. She will be missed by all of her family, Beavercreek High School pals, Sandra Royers-Scheve and Linda White , and good friends, Beth Wellhelm and Georgia Flannery. Sheila looked forward to leaving the pain and go to be with God and her brother, Darryl. Sheila's body was cremated. A gathering of family and friends was held on Sunday, August 6, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations were requested to be made to Hospice of Dayton in Sheila's memory. A special message may be left for the family at www.NewcomerDayton.com This memorial is all that is left to remember Sheila by since she was cremated and no stone was purchased for her. A very sad ending.
