Mrs. Aycoth was retired from the Morrison Correctional facility in Hoffman. She was a loving wife, mother, sister and "Granny."
She is survived by three daughters, Sandy Aycoth (Rick Caskey) of Lancaster, South Carolina, Cindy Martin (Allen) of Rockingham, and Gwen Aycoth of Rockingham; six grandchildren, Kristin Hair, Taylor Loftus, A. J. and Conner Martin, William and Ashley Haywood; four great-grandchildren; siblings, Joann Cribbs of Norwood, Bobby James of Red Springs, and Nina Morrison (Charles) of Rockingham; a special niece and nephews, Tammy Bates, Al McCormick, and Sonny Aycoth. She was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Carroll Aycoth, in January; and brothers, Roger James and Gary James.
