Esau Edward Cunningham was born around 1877 to William Cunningham and his wife who raised him in the fear and admonition of The Lord. He was a Farmer by trade and loved his area of work tremendously. His first wife Laura Cunningham nee Bain predeceased him in 1911. And in 1912 he met and married Luella Cunningham (my Grand Mother) on April 3rd. Together they had eight children and a few who did not make it much longer after birth. His children were Telefar Laura Cunningham Bain, Zephaniah Cunningham, Wilfred Clarence Cunningham, Myrtis Cunningham Thompson, Marjorie Cunningham Major, Alra Cunningham Chisholm, Sylvia Cunningham Moss and Vena Ella Cunningham McQuay (my Mother). He often made frequent trips to Nassau and one day before his scheduled return to Crooked Island He was admitted to Princess Margaret Hospital. He passed away the next day on October 19th, 1938. He left his wife, Luella Cunningham and their eight children behind as well as the wider community of Colonel Hill Crooked Island to mourn his passing...He Will Never Be Forgotten...May His Soul Rest In Eternal Peace❤❤❤
