Cecil Joseph DeCelles, 63, was a member of the Grosventre tribe of Fort Belknap, Montana and the youngest son of Thomas "Gus" and Nancy Adams DeCelles. Cecil was proud to have served in the U.S. Army during WWII. He is survived by his daughter Julie. Cecil was known for his good sense of humor and pleasant personality.
