HATFIELD, GLADYS, 86, of Louisville, passed away Monday, February 19, 2007, with her loved ones by her side. She was the former Gladys Shannon and a native of Shelby County, KY. Gladys was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert Hatfield. She is survived by her sons, Gary (Evelyn), Allen (Sandy) and Joseph Hatfield; eight grandchildren; and several great- grandchildren. Her funeral service will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Owen Funeral Home-Jeffersontown, 9318 Taylorsville Rd., with burial in Bethany Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 2-8p.m. and Thursday from 9-10 a.m. Expressions of sympathy may be made to Hospice of Louisville or the Alzheimer's Association of Louisville.
