Ronald David Wilson, age 68, passed away on Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at the Rainey Hospice House.
Born in Belton, SC on March 24, 1949, he was the son of Ruth Davis Wilson and the late J.D. Wilson. He retired from BASF after 37 years.
In addition to his mother he is survived by his loving wife, Barbara Wilson; a son, Jeremy Gray, of the home; a daughter, Jerri Gray, of Laurens, SC; brother, Mike Wilson and his wife Lita, of Belton, SC; a sister, Barbara Blasko and her husband Jim, of Blackshear, GA; a brother-in-law, Thomas Burdette and his wife Michelle, of Belton, SC ; a sister-in-law, Deborah Hogan and her husband Dan, of Belton, SC; grandson, Jacob Fields of Laurens, SC; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his father he was preceded in death by a brother, Larry Wilson.
The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, May 27, 2017, at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home with Dr. Billy Lowe officiating. Interment will follow at New Silver Brook Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, May 26, 2017 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
