Born and raised in Coweta, Oklahoma, the daughter of Cecil L. Foster & Leona Moss. She was the eldest of their four children including sister Teana Roseanne, brother Cecil Leon, Jr. and sister Heather Amber. She was a fiercely loving and devoted mother who was blessed with five adoring children. Her firstborn were eldest child and daughter Megan Foster and son Christopher Lee Foster. She was married to Christopher H. Javine on April 2, 1990 in Wagoner, Oklahoma, and to that union were born three sons, Geoffrey Javine, Patrick Javine and Rylan Javine. She was the grandmother of four cherished grandchildren, Nykolas Damian Blayne The Monorail Foster, Kaydon Lee Foster, Bentley Campbell and Ashlyn Grace Campbell. Rhonda was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents Clifford Lee Foster and Mae Bramlette Foster of Coweta, and her maternal grandparents Elmer Moss and Florence Rutherford Moss also of Coweta. She was educated in the Coweta Public School system where she graduated with the Coweta High School Class of 1982. She was a homemaker and also worked as a custodian at Coweta Central Elementary for many years. What she enjoyed most in life was spending time with her grandchildren. Other activities she enjoyed were gardening, needlework, fishing and talking into the late evening while sitting in the warm glow of a campfire. Throughout her life she was a kind, gentle and loving soul, opinionated and outspoken but never brash or cruel, who had a quick laugh and a good sense of humor, giving and receiving with a cheerful and grateful heart. This author would also like to note that he remembers that she was gifted with the Foster trait of being able to strategically place a humorous wisecrack at precisely the right moment. She will be missed terribly by all who knew and loved her, being richly blessed with having her a part of their life. Our family now rests in the hope and promise of God's Word that Rhonda is now abiding in the presence of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. And when that final slumber of this earthly existence overcomes us all, as one day it surely will, she will be there along with her grandparents and the entire Host of Heaven to welcome us home.

A memorial service was held at 10:00am Tuesday, May 30th at the chapel of Wright-Brown Funeral Home, downtown Coweta. Per Rhonda's request, cremation will follow and her ashes kept by her children.
