Ronald was born on Dec. 13, 1927 in Clarion, PA to Harland and Rena Foust. He worked in the coal mining industry as a machinist supervisor before retiring and he proudly served his country in the US Army.
He leaves his brothers, Donald (Mabel), Rodney (Patricia), Steven, a sister, Shirley (Ken) Blauser, brother, Byron Foust along with nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
