Ivan Vaughn Abbott, 75, loving husband and father, passed away Friday, May 19, 2017, surrounded by those who loved him.
Ivan was born Dec. 3, 1941 in Eustace. He graduated from Brewer High School in 1960. Ivan was known for his loving personality and kind heart. He was truly loved by all who knew him.
Ivan was preceded in death by his father, Fred Ervan Abbott; mother, Lucille Kirkpatrick Abbott; and brother, Varrell Abbott.
Survivors: Loving and devoted wife of 53 years, Gayle Hill Abbott; daughter, Dianna Abbott; and brothers, Bill and Dean Abbott.
