Mrs. Butler Dies At Home Of Daughter
Mrs. Hannah Butler passed away at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Arthur White, 4 miles west and one mile south of Yukon, at 8:40 a. m. Wednesday.

Memorial rites were held at the Turner funeral home at 2:30 p. m., Thursday, conducted by Rev. A. W. Hedin of the Baptist church and interment was in the El Reno cemetery.

Hannah Almira Roache was born April 11, 1865 in Iowa. At an early age she moved with her parents to Washington County, Kanas, where she grew to womanhood. She was married to Henry Butler and they moved to Oklahoma in 1892. To this union 8 children were born all of whom are living. They are Mrs. Mamie A. Meloy, Enid; John Butler, Short, Okla.; Mrs. Mabel Houstetter, Nicut, Okla.; Mrs. Arthur White, Banner; Mrs. Madge Stephens, Melville, La., Donald H. Butler, Vidor, Texas; Gilbert C. Butler, Oklahoma City; William Butler, Enid.

There are 17 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. At an early age she joined the Methodist church and throughout her life was active in Christian service to humanitp.
