McGuffin Ortiz of Huntington and Tommy Lee Montgomery of Ocala, FL. In addition to his parents, survivors include: a sister, Tiffani Montgomery of Huntington; a brothers, Jon Ortiz of Huntington; his maternal grandparents, Denise and Jim Evans of Barboursville, WV; paternal grandmother, Patricia Gregg of Ocala; a very special aunt and uncle, D.J. and Darrell Adkins of Huntington; an aunt, Jolonda Howell of Ocala; and an uncle, Andre Gregg of Ocala.
