He was born July 16, 1942, in Warren, the son of Paul H. and Rebecca E. (Sieple) Winyard.
Charles courageously served his country in the U.S. Navy, as a photographer. He then went on to work at GM Lordstown where he retired from. He was a member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Basilica.
Charles will always be remembered lovingly by his wife, the former Philomena Tisone, whom he marred Oct. 9, 1976; sister Nancy (Bill) Woods; and many beloved nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; three sisters; and a brother.
The family would like to extend heartfelt gratitude to the nurses and staff of Hospice House for the kind and compassionate care shown to Charles.
