Marion McClellan Heeter, age 70, of McClellandtown, Pa., passed away on Thursday, July 3,2003 in the Uniontown Hospital. He was born on February 21,1933 in German Township, Fayette County, Pa., son of Gilbert Heeter and Evelyn Mildred Guseman Heeter. Mr. Heeter was retired from CBF Landfill in McClellandtown, Pa., and had been employed as a Welder/Fitter at HBC Barge. He served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict.
Mr. Heeter enjoyed his life, his family, and his friends! He was an avid outdoorsman who liked to hunt and fish. His hobbies included going to auctions and tinkering with lawn equipment. His parents, a brother, Joseph Robert Heeter, and two step grandchildren preceded him in death.
Surviving are his Wife, Iva Marie (Cree) Arbogast Heeter; these children: Patty Robinson and her husband,Roy,of Smithfield, Pa., Elaine Hammett and her husband, Ron, of Connelsville, Pa., Debbie Foster and her husband, Charles, of McClellandtown, Pa., Bill Heeter and his wife, Doreen, of Seattle, Washington and Bobby Heeter and his wife, Julie, of Wallingford, Pa.; Stepchildren: David, Bobby, Donald, Linda, Connie; Grandchil-dren: Jason Foster, Justin Hammett,Kristen Hammett, Chris Robinson, Roy James Robinson, Sarah Heeter, Jonathan Heeter,Michael Heeter; his first wife, Jane Elaine (Race) Heeter of Uniontown, Pa.; 10 Step Grandchildren; four Step Great Grand-children; Brothers: Glenn Heeter and Ronnie Heeter both McClellandtown; and a sister, Linda Hutson of Portsmouth, Virginia.
