Frances A. Joseph, 88, a resident of Deming, NM went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 8, 2017 at Las Palmas Medical Center in El Paso, TX with her loved ones by her side. Frances was born on January 29, 1929 to Feliciano Rosas and Carmen Granado in Deming, NM. Frances was very active at St. Ann Catholic Church where she was a member of the Altar Society and the Apostolados. She was involved with the Girl Scouts of America as a scout leader and she was also a member of Busy Hands and the Moose Lodge. She will be truly missed by all of her family and friends. She is survived by four devoted daughters, Conchita Starkey of Tulsa, OK; Anna Rodriguez and her husband Gilbert of Deming, NM; Mary Gonzales and her husband Andy of Deming, NM and Vicky Jones and her husband Jerry of Deming, NM; one brother, Steve Rosas of Deming, NM; three sisters, Charlotte House of Deming, NM; Margaret Johnston of El Paso, TX and Leanor Morales of Silver City, NM; eleven grandchildren, Tina, Yvette, Michael, Gibby, Deanna, Victor, Jenifer, Monica, Andy, B.W and Dustin; twenty one great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by both of her parents; her husband, Robert Joseph and one sister, Rosario Palmer. Visitation will be on Tuesday, March 14, 2017 from 10:30am-11am with the holy rosary beginning at 11am at Terrazas Funeral Chapels with Christine Milo officiating. Funeral mass will be at St. Ann Catholic Church at 12noon with Father, Manuel Ibarra officiating. Concluding services with an interment will be at Mountain View cemetery. Serving as pallbearers are Andy Gonzales Jr., B.W Jones, Dustin Jones, Victor Rodriguez, Raul Palmer and Johnny Pacheco.
