Leo passed Tuesday, March 7, 2017, about 2: 37 a.m. Leo was the owner of Copeland's Barber shop of Freeport , Texas from 1960 - May 2015. Survivors include his daughter; one brother; many other loving family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his three wives; son; parents; three siblings.
