James Williams Fulps was born on Thursday, September 1, 1927 in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, the son of William Steven "Beed" and Cynthia (Fancher) Fulps. He died in Wagoner, Oklahoma on Friday, February 10, 2017. He was 89 years of age.
Bud attended Central High School in Tulsa Oklahoma. He served in the United States Navy. He married the former Miss Wanda Lee Ahrend on December 29, 1948 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was the owner of Arrow Exterminators in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Bud was a hard worker. He was a cattle rancher for 40 years. He enjoyed bird hunting and fishing. He loved to travel and take his grandchildren on vacations. He was a member of Bible Baptist Church in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
