Timothy E. Copeland, 56, of Norton, passed away on January 23, 2017. He was born on March 17, 1960 in Meadville, PA to Ernest & Joyce Copeland. He was employed with Enterprise Holdings at Cleveland-Hopkins Airport for 30 years. He was a member of the Teamsters Local 293 and served as a Union Steward. He graduated from Stoneboro Christian School and attended Hobe Sound Bible College in Florida and sang in their choir.

Tim enjoyed his family and church. He was a member of the Pioneer Amateur Radio Fellowship. He had a passion for music, sang in ensembles, quartets, solo, and duets with his wife, Roxanne; and he was a member of the Doylestown United Methodist Church Celebration Choir. He spent many hours doing field recording and processing CD's as a hobby for singing groups, concerts and revivals. He enjoyed many years of walking in the Metropolitan parks.

Tim was preceded in death by his mother, Joyce Ann Copeland; and father-in-law, Charles “Mac” McFarland of Doylestown.

He is survived by his wife of 5 years, Roxanne (Croft) Copeland; sons, Timothy of Doylestown, Christopher of Norton; step-children, Sarah Croft of Doylestown, Aaron Croft of Lithopolis-Columbus; step-grandson, Kaeden; father, Ernest Copeland of Meadville, PA; brothers, Daniel (Brenda) Copeland-missionaries in Mexico, Greg (Charity) Copeland of PA; sister, Darlene (Jim) Pritchard of IN; many nephews, nieces, relatives and friends; special friends, Brad Kurtz, Mike Hunter , Bob McGregor and Joe Lamats.

Friends may call at Doylestown United Methodist Church, 153 Church Street on Sunday, January 29, 2017 from 2:30-5:00 p.m., where services will be held Monday, January 30, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. with visitation one half-hour prior. Rev. Dale Warrick and Rev. Cecil Farmer II officiating. Interment at Chestnut Hill Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to DUMC Celebration Choir or to NPDPSC, 2085 Adelbert Rd., Cleveland, Ohio 44106 in memory of Timothy.
