Ernest R. Todd Jr., 65, died Sunday, January 1, 2017 at his residence surrounded by his loving family and friends.
He was born September 4, 1951 in Homerville, GA, a son of the late Ernest R. Todd Sr. and Nora Beaty Todd.
Mr. Todd was also predeceased by a son, Ernest R. Todd III and a grandson, Jonathan Raymond.
Ernest was a member of Heavenly Grace Ministries, where he loved serving his Lord and Savior.
He enjoyed race cars, working on cars, fishing and spending time with family, especially his grandchildren. Ernest will be remembered most for his heart of gold.
Mr. Todd is survived by his wife, Gloria Reardon Todd; five children, John C. Todd, Tony Morris, Jimmy Morris, Melissa Raymond and Christina Hollis; his sister, Susan Denard (David); fourteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held 12 noon Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at Watson Funeral Services Chapel with Rev. Allen Ard, Rev. Gene Morgan and Pastor Allen Brown officiating.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
Burial will follow at Westside Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
