David "Dave" Starr died November 22m 2016. He was preceded in death by his parents, David Hobson Starr and Pearl Boyle Starr; and wife, Vivan Babcock Starr. He is survived by two daughters, eight grandchildren and two great granddaughters. He was a veteran of World War II.
