Bobby Joe Holland Sr. died today on November 21, 2016 in Tennessee.

He was born on May 26, 1933, in North Carolina, He was the son of the late Theodore Roosevelt "Velt" Holland, Sr & Hattie Ridgeway Holland of Canton, NC. He is survived by and married Mary Frances Deaton on August 20, 1950. He is also survived by four children they had during their marriage.

Visitation will be held at Brown Funeral Home in Newport TN on Wednesday at 4-6pm.

Service in Canton will be held at 2pm Graveside at Beaverdam Baptist Church Cemetery.
