He was born on June 7, 1960, the son of Forest Lee and Alma K. (France) Stout in Carrollton, Ky.
He was a farm laborer and of the Baptist Faith.
Survivors include two sisters, Bonnie Wilhoite of Milton, Ky., and Teresia Stout of Carrollton, and two brothers, Bobby and Jimmy Stout of Worthville.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Patricia Martin; a brother, Darrell Stout and one niece.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home.
