Born March 10, 1931, in Casey County, he was the son of the late James and Grace Thomas Huffaker.
He was a retired General Electric employee and a veteran of the Army.
Survivors include his wife, Brenda Hughes Huffaker; a son, Frank Huffaker of Franklin, Ind.; two brothers, Jessie Huffaker of Edinburg, Ind. and Jack Huffaker of Madison, Tenn.; two sisters, Margie Watson of Scipio, Ind., and Dulcie Russell of Louisville; and three grandchildren.
Graveside services were Saturday at Oak Grove Contown Cemetery by Ronald Dehart.
