William "Bill" Howard, her mother, Coreda McKinney Thread, her father,
Leo J. Thread, two sisters, Charlene Hills, and Betty Anderson, and a
brother, Kenneth Thread.
Annalea was a devoted wife, daughter, mother, sister, "Meme," "Nawnaw,"
"Meaw," and friend. She was born in Bone Gap, Illinois, but lived her entire
adult life in Bowling Green, Kentucky. She was a member of
Broadway United Methodist church.
When she wasn't cheering on her boys in blue or watching her favorite tennis player, she was making someone laugh.
Annalea was known for her humor and quick wit. In her younger days, she was avid bowler and loved to bake and travel. To say that she lived for her
family is an understatement..
