DuPont Parkway, New Castle. Friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Entombment in Cathedral Cemetery.

Mr. Wilkins was a steel fabricator for Hallmark Steel Company.

He is survived by his father, William E. Wilkins, Sr. of Portsmouth, VA; mother and stepfather, Patricia & John D. Ferrari of Newark; fiance, Aimee Riley of Wilmington; two sisters, Trina Marie Wilkins of Newark & Sabrina Ann Hearn of Newark; and grandmother, Shirley Shepherd of Portsmouth, VA.
