Dr. William Charles McDaniel was a professor of psychology with the Laurel County Board of Education. He was a member of the Laurel County School Board, a member of the Kiwanis Club, and the Redeemer Lutheran Church in Somerset, Kentucky where he served as Assistant Minister, President of Congregation and Lector. He was also a veteran of the US Marines serving two tours of active duty in Vietnam.
