LEROY- Charles P. "Red" O'Geen Sr., 72 of Maple Ave. LeRoy, a
military veteran & a retired police officer, died @ home.
Mr.'Geen was born in LeRoy, a son of the late Ross & Rose
(Eppolito) O'Geen. He was a police officer for the LeRoy Police Department for 22yrs. befor retiring in 1989. He was
also a U.S. Army veteran who served from 1955-1057 & was a member of St.Joseph's Church, the American Legion Post #576,
Batavia's St.Nicholas Club and the Rochaster Police Benevolent Association.
Mr. O'Geen was married for 46 yrs. to Marideen (Battagelia)
O'Geen. In addition to his wife survivors include a son,
Charles Jr. and a daughter Carol Ann, both of LeRoy; three
sisters-in-law; two brothers-in-law; several nieces, nephews
& cousins. He was the brother of the late Joseph, John &
Cosimo & Mary Capozza.
Funeral Service held @ St.Joseph'a Church LeRoy. Arrangments
completed by Lovria's Memorial Chapel LeRoy.
