BENNETT, Goldie L. Age 92, of Miamisburg, passed on Wednesday, December 6, 2006 at Hospice of Dayton. Goldie was born in Dayton, Ohio on March 14, 1914 to the late, Ernest and Maude (Lucas) Weidner. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles E. Bennett on October 11, 1994; a brother, Luther Weidner and by a son-in-law, Don Kennard on August 5, 2005. Goldie was a graduate of Centerville High School, Class of 1932 and a member of Trinity United Church of Christ. She was a retired employee of the Miamisburg Public Schools.
Survived by a daughter, Shirley Kennard of Lebanon; a son, Charles "Bob" (Darlene) Bennett of Farmersville; a sister, Mildred Bennett of Miamisburg; 5 grandchildren, Mark Bennett, Teresa Hughes, Julie Hall, Todd & Scott Kennard and 10 great grandchildren.
