TUCSON, Ariz. - Frank E. Stout, 44, passed away Thursday, Sept. 22, 2011, at his residence due to complications following a heart attack.
He was born Jan. 18, 1967, in Warren, the son of Richard and Angela Rizzi Stout.
Frank graduated from Niles McKinley High School in 1985 and received his bachelor of nursing degree with honors from Youngstown State University in 1999. He worked in the intensive care unit at various Arizona hospitals.
Frank leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 18 years, Stacy Henderson Stout; his parents, Richard and Angela Stout of Liberty; his brother, Samuel R. (Renee) Stout of Niles; two nephews, Richard and Lawrence Stout, both of Niles; a niece, Stephanie Stout of Niles; and three uncles, Lawrence A. Rizzi of Florida, Robert Stout of Niles and Russell Stout of Niles.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Sam and Jennie Rizzi and Richard and Marie Stout, and an uncle, Vincent Rich.
Frank's body was donated to South Western Institute for Biological Advancement. Cremation was entrusted to Adair Funeral Home in Tucson.
