SHOEMAKER (Reedy), Rose Marie Age 77 of Brookville, passed away on Wednesday, August 24, 2016. She had retired from Wright Patterson Air Force Base as a supervisor of the travel office with over 38 years of service. Rose enjoyed Florida, boating on the Ohio River, camping at the Brookville KOA, playing golf and most of all, being with her family. She is survived by her daughter: Kelly (Chuck) Bohse of Brookville, son: Larry Cockerham of New Madison, grandchildren: Leslie Officer, Crystal Bohse, Tammy Cockerham, Jason Cockerham, Angela Poling, great grandchildren: Cade, Blake, Maddison, Tyler, Austin, Collin, Dalton, Braden, Peyton, Parker, siblings: Hannah Loptien of Brookville, Margaret Kuhn of McArthur, Marsha (Charles) Brown of Beavercreek, special nieces: Lisa (Tony) Cull, Thoma Anne (Jim Andy) See, special nephew: Chris Reedy, relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband: Thurlo "Shoe" Shoemaker, parents: Leslie and Helen (Skyles) Reedy and siblings: Thomas Reedy, Erma Jean Ward, Ruth Anne Frush, Eldon Reedy and Dennis Reedy. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, August 29, 2016 at the Kindred Funeral Home (400 Union Blvd., Englewood) with Rev. Dan Kincer officiating. Interment will follow the service at Arlington Cemetery in Brookville.
