FLORENCE - Gracie Joyce Stephens Dease, 72, died in a local hospital on Friday, July 15, 2016.
A graveside service was held on Sunday, July 17, 2016, at 3:30 pm at Lake Swamp Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation was from 2 pm to 3 pm at Layton-Anderson Funeral Home.
Gracie was born in Darlington County, the daughter of the late Lawton and Ella Welch Stephens.
Surviving are a daughter, Crystal (Josh) Phillips, Florence; two brothers, Ron (Judy) Stephens, Darlington, Larry (Marie) Stephens, Timmonsville; sister, Wanda (Robert) Cook, Timmonsville; three grandchildren, and three special nieces.
