Sylvia worked for the Brevard County Sherriff’s Office as a records clerk and for Florida Fruit and Vegetable Association as an offset press operator. She was also a “Stamping Up” Demonstrator and a cake decorator, but her most important titles were Mom and Grandma or Big Mom.
Sylvia is survived by her sons Chris DeLoach (Christy), Derrick DeLoach (Salena), Wayne Carringer, Jr. (Barbara), and David Carringer (Karen) and daughters Angie DeLoach-Morales (Pedro) and Melissa Nickell (Kendall); her siblings Mike and Diane, 12 grandkids and 7 great grandkids.
Visitation prior to the celebration service will begin at 4pm with the celebration service beginning at 5pm Tuesday, July 19, 2016 at New Life Christian Fellowship. Burial will follow at LaGrange Cemetery.
The Titusville Police Department served as Pallbearers.
The staff of North Brevard Funeral Home served the family in their time of need.
