Beloved wife, caring mother, devoted grandmother and great-grandmother, loving sister, aunt and friend.

Born September 6, 1931, Milan Minnesota, parents Eudell and Ernest Anderson, passed away May 30, 2016.

Norma is survived by her loving and loyal husband of 58 years, Frank, daughter Peggy (Joe), sons: John (Lisa), Vern (Debbie) and David (Tammy), eight grandchildren and ten great grandchildren, her sisters: Pat, Dianne, Doreen, her brother: Ron and many relatives and dear friends.

She will be remembered for her love for Frank, her family and her sweet calming voice when speaking to babies and children.

A special thanks to the staff at Fair Oaks Estates and Norma's Mercy Hospice team. On behalf of the family, please know how much your presence and loving support means to us.

Join us in Adams Hall to share memories, make new memories and enjoy the reception prepared by the UMW (United Methodist Women).

Norma will be laid to rest with her husband Frank at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery at a later date.
