Kathy Arlena Higgs, 56, daughter of the late Elmer Harris and Winnie Lee (Sisco) Harris, was born October 19, 1959 at Ardmore, and had lived here all of her life. Kathy passed away June 18, 2016 at Mercy Hospital of Ardmore after an extended illness.
Of Baptist faith, Kathy grew up in Ardmore and was a graduate of Ardmore High School. She and Stephen Higgs were married June 3, 1977 at Ardmore; and are the parents of two children, Amanda and Justin.
Kathy is survived by her husband Stephen and children, Amanda Higgs and Justin Higgs; and other extended family.
Following Cremation-With-Care at Harvey-Douglas Crematory, there will be a Gathering of Remembrance and inurnment at Rose Hill Cemetery.
