David Kent Adams, 61, of Lawrenceburg formerly of Lexington, Kentucky
Passed away Saturday , June 18, 2016 at the Frankfort Regional Medical
Center.

Born December 15, 1954 in Casey County, Kentucky, David was the late
William Robert and Pinta Fair Adams.
An independent truck driver by trade, David enjoyed spending time with his family and fishing.

David was preceded in death his parents, sister, Betty Jean Staley, brothers, Bobby and Steve Adams.

David is survived by his wife, Kay, children, Lynette Gayle, husband Craig,
David Allen, grandchildren , Matthew, Cody, Brooke, Ryan, Shelby, Jessie and Amanda, great-grandchildren, Marceline, Link, and Emerson, sister, Kay and her husband Jim.

Died: June 18, 2016 David Kent Adams, 61, of Lawrenceburg formerly of Lexington, husband of 45 years to Kay Lamb Adams, passed away Saturday, June 18, 2016 at the Frankfort Regional Medical Center.

Born December 15, 1954 in Casey County, David was the son of the late William Robert and Pina Fair Adams. An independent truck driver by trade, David enjoyed spending time with his family and fishing.

In addition to his wife Kay, David is survived by two children, Lynetta Gayle (Craig) Chenault of Harrodsburg and David Allen Adams of Lawrenceburg; six grandchildren, Matthew, Cody, and Brooke Ryan, Shelby, Jessie and Amanda Adams; three great grandchildren, Marceline, Link, and Emerson; and a sister, Kay (Jim) Becknell of Charlestown, IN. Along with his parents, David was preceded in death by three siblings, Betty Jean Staley, Bobby and Steve Adams.

Funeral services will be 7:00 PM Thursday, June 23rd at the Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home with Rev. Jim Wheeler officiating. Visitation will be form 5 – 7 PM Thursday. Cremation will follow services.
