American Actor and Producer. Lester, who at one time weighed over 500 lbs., began his acting career in the 1997 Nickelodeon-produced movie, 'Good Burger', followed by his best-known role as the large offensive lineman Billy Bob in 1999’s 'Varsity Blues', who scored the game-winning touchdown in the Championship Game. Among other films he appeared in were 'Not Another Teen Movie' (2001), 'The Greenskeeper' (2002), 'The Fat Boy Chronicles' (2010), 'I Think My Mom's Trying to Kill Me' (2013), 'Racing Legacy' (2015) and 'Bomb City' (scheduled for release in 2017). On television, he had roles in such shows as 'Freaks and Geeks', 'Popular', 'Sabrina, the Teenage Witch', 'The Karate Dog' and 'CSI: New York'. In December 2000, he nearly died on the operating table while undergoing gastric bypass surgery. He would eventually go on to lose over 300 lbs. In November 2015, he was hospitalized due problems with his liver and kidneys and had been hospitalized for the last four months prior to his death.
