Kellie Lynn Thein died suddenly, Dec. 23, 2005, at the age of 36. She leaves behind her father, Robert; mother, Judith; sisters, Tracy Crane and Rebecca Peter; brother, Richard Thein; brothers-in-law, Raymond Crane and Roy Peter; sister-in-law, Lissette Thein; and nephews and nieces, Jordon Crane, Erik, Jennifer and Patricia Thein, and Nicholas, Christina and Veronica Peter.
Kellie's love of children led her to graduate with a bachelor's degree in childhood education, which gave her the opportunity to teach and later join Mendocino County Social Services, where she could offer her love and support to underprivileged and foster children. Kellie leaves behind a legacy of love of children to her community which will enable others to follow the course that she has set, offering children the opportunity to feel that there is someone in their lives that can make a difference.
