H.T. Cunningham, retired Methodist minister, died at 6 o'clock Wednesday morning at the home of his son, Rev. Hal Cunningham, pastor of the First Methodist Church at Malakoff. The aged minister, who had been superannuated by the church after many years of service as a pastor, and his wife had been making their home with their son in recent years.
Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Piney Grove cemetery near Jacksonville, it was announced here. The services will be in charge of Rev. A.J. McCary, presiding elder, who lives at Jacksonville. He had been a longtime friend of the deceased.
