LEAVITTSBURG - Robert E. "Bobby" Jones, 70, passed away Friday, April 22, 2016, at his home, following a three-year battle with cancer.

He was born Sept. 1, 1945, in Warren, the son of the late Harold and Betty L. Brown Jones. He was a lifetime resident of Leavittsburg, where he graduated from high school in 1963.

In 1975, Bobby decided to start a new chapter in his life by becoming the owner and operator of Kiefer's Cafe, where he would create a legacy and become known as "The King" of North Park. Formally, Bobby worked for National Can Corporation and retired from there. He enjoyed raising and riding his horse and riding motorcycles. Bobby also enjoyed landscaping and gardening. He loved the Cleveland Browns and Indians. He was a member of the Blue Knights and FOPA Lodge of Warren.

Bobby's memory will be carried on by his daughter, Shannon (Russel) Fusselman of Warren; son, Robert J. Jones of Warren; grandchildren, Destinee (Patrick) Van Horn, Daizi, Dakota and Daran Jones and Alana and Austin Fusselman; and great-grandchildren, Ryleigh and Lilly Van Horn, Aven Fusselman and Joseph Lester.

Besides his parents, Bobby was preceded in death by his sister, Sally Ann Weaver.

The family will receive friends 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, April 29, 2016, at Carl W. Hall Funeral Home in Warren.

Interment will be in Pine Knoll Cemetery in Warren Township.
