He was an attorney who very much enjoyed the practice of law and spent
most of his career at the Office of Hearings and Appeals in Louisville , Kentucky, where he was recognized for his writing excellence.
He will be remembered for his love and knowledge of sports and was a
passionate UK and UL fan.
Preceded in death by his parents, Dr. Herbert T. and Nellie Ransdell , Jr., and his stepson, James Williams.
