ADAMS, ELLA JANE ROBERTS, 90, of Louisville, passed away Sunday morning, October 29, 2006 at Twinbrook Nursing Home. She was a member of Poplar Level Church of God in Louisville. She was born in Flat Gap, VA to Frank and Nervesta Bolling Roberts on June 19, 1916. She was preceded in death by her father, Frank on June 24, 1966; her mother Nervesta, June 10, 1983; her husband, Everett, Aug. 19, 1985; her son, James Everett (Lois), Nov. 30, 1998; step-daughter, Eva Dale Adams, June 17, 1996; brothers, Arvil, Mar. 14, 1927; Kenneth, Feb. 19, 1928; Harlis, Sept. 13, 1961; Erlest, Sept. 3, 1962; Hillard, Mar 15, 2000; one sister, Hazel, Feb. 27, 1995. She is survived by her daughters, Rita Jewel Fitzgerald (Don), Buckeye, AZ; Joy Fay Atteberry (John), Louisville, stepdaughter, Reba Morris, Richmond, IN; three sisters, Dorothy Richmond, Mae Campbell and Thelma Short, all of Muldraugh, KY; 10 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. Funeral service is 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Bruington-Jenkins-Sturgeon Funeral Home with interment in Garnettsville Cemetery, near Brandenburg. Visitation is 9:30-11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
