Cuma Delephine Aaron died May 1, 2016. She was born October 17, 1936 in Kissimmee, Florida. She was raised by her parents, Nathan and Frances Bronson and Terretha (Johnson) and Marvin Davis. A lifetime resident of Okeechobee, she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, taking care of her son and daughter, and listening to Gospel music.
Mrs. Aaron was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Aaron; daughter, Cuma K. Vereen; and four grandchildren.
She is survived by four sons, Buddy Lamb (Lulu), Shorty Lamb (Connie) all of Okeechobee, Buster Lamb of St. Cloud, and Shannon McNair of Titusville; four daughters, Tiny Boyd (Mike) of Valdosta, GA, Tonya Harris (Larry) of Alabama, Sissy Lamb and Londa Padgett (Robert) all of Okeechobee; twenty grandchildren; and thirteen great grandchildren.
Visitation will be Thursday, May 5, 2016 at Buxton & Bass Okeechobee Funeral Home from 10 a.m. until services at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
