John Bernard Neerhof passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side at the Grey Bruce Regional Health Services in Owen Sound on Wednesday May 25th, 2016 at the age of 83. Beloved husband of Audrey Neerhof (nee Zevenbergen) for 56 years.
Loving father to Al (Michelle), Jim (Karen), Dave (Karin), Gerry (Stacey), and June Neerhof. Dear Grandpa to Jonathon (Kari), Matthew (Alannah), Angela; Eric (Blair), Brian (Jennifer); Janine (Travis), Julia (Justin), Joel (Erica), Jordan; Max and Alex.
Cherished Poppa to Joey, Simon, Laker, Phoenix, Reed, and Logan. Dear brother of Miena Klyn-Hesselink, Arnold (Nel), and Shena (Hank DeBoer). Predeceased by his parents Antoon and Gezina Neerhof (nee Eenink) and his brothers Bernard, Joe and Gerrit.
John will be fondly remembered by his sister-in-law Frances Neerhof, his nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Resting at the BRECKENRIDGE ASHCROFT FUNERAL HOME , 241-9th Street West, Owen Sound where the family will receive visitors on Sunday May 29th, 2016 between the hours of 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. The funeral service will take place at First Christian Reformed Church, 201- 4th Avenue West, Owen Sound on Monday May 30th, 2016 at 1:00 p.m.
