Services for Howard M. Woodford, 67, of Paducah, will be at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at Lindsey Funeral Home with the Rev. Joel Harper officiating.

Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery in Ledbetter.

Mr. Woodford was a transmission mechanic. He formerly operated Howard's Garage and Dixie Transmission and worked with his son at Randy's Transmission before retirement. He was av World War II U.S. Army veteran and was of the Pentecostal Faith.

He is survived by two daughters, Karen Hutchison of Ledbetter and Linda McLeod of Reidland; four sons, Randall Woodford, Ronnie Woodford, Delbert Woodford and Jimmy Woodford all of Paducah; four sisters, Dorothy Irvan, Ethel Rankin, Mary Smith and Francis Byassee, all of Paducah; several half sisters and half brothers, 15 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by an infant son, Howard M. Woodford Jr., and one grandson. His parents were Simon and Pearl Wheat Woodford.

Friends may call after noon on Tuesday at the funeral home.
