Obituary for Dorothy Ann Sanderlin
FORT WORTH - Dorothy Ann Sanderlin joined her Lord and family on Monday, Jan. 7, 2019.

Dorothy was born March 4 1932, to parents, Albert and Ode Verrill of Fort Worth. She was the oldest of three sisters and was raised in Lake Worth. She attended Northside High School and was an active member Of Northside Assembly of God, where she met and married Stephen T. Sanderlin in Aug. 1950. In 1952 her only child, Rhonda, was born.

Ted and Dorothy owned and operated their business Alasco for many years. Later, she and Ted joined Bethesda Community Church in Fort Worth where they hosted their church friends in their home. Having her family in her home for holidays was a family tradition.

She enjoyed picnics, cook-outs and the lake during the summer months with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, was very dear to her. Her home was always open for her family to enjoy.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Stephen Ted Sanderlin; parents, Albert and Ode Verrill; and sister, Marie Eason.

Survivors: Daughter, Rhonda Autry of Fort Worth; granddaughter, Lori Culver and husband, Alex Culver of Haslet; grandsons, Cole Autry and Brett Autry of Fort Worth; sister, Margaret Endicott and husband, Don Endicott of Hurst; niece, Deborah Cantrell; and greatniece, Sherry Deaton of Jacksonville; her beautiful great- grandchildren, Brayden Culver and Ryan Culver of Haslet.
