She was a lifelong resident of Fayette and Marion Counties. She was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Thad Berryhill and a member of Siloam Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be at 2 pm Wednesday from McGraw's Brown Service Chapel with internment in Winfield Cemetery. Rev. Robert Thompson and Rev. William Atkinson will officiate. The body will remain at the funeral home.
Surviving are her husband, Dallas May; Five daughters: Mrs. Ralph Perry, Winfield, AL, Mrs. Bob Doss, Winfield, AL, Mrs. A.D. Phillips, Houston, TX, Mrs. L.B. Melbourne, Atlanta, GA, and Mrs. Ruth Lyle, Tuscaloosa, AL; Two Sons: Sam May, Wylam, AL, and Robert May, Phillips, TX; 3 sisters; 18 grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren.
