PATRICK George D., 84, passed away on March 6, 2000, at the family home in OKC. He was born on September 21, 1915, at St. Joseph, MO the son of George and Verda Patrick , who preceded him in death. He grew up in El Reno and graduated from El Reno High School in 1933. He and Jenny Josephine Oxford were wed in 1933. She pre ceded him in death in 1993 after a 59 year marriage. George began his career with Cain's Coffee Company in 1947. He was "Salesman of the Year" several times. He retired in1979as sales manager, grocery division. He continued to enjoy a weekly lunch with the "Over the Hill Gang" that included retired Cain's salesmen. Survivors include his son, Dr. Roger O. Patrick and his wife Martha; granddaughter, Julie C. Franklin andher husband, Harry Franklin, Jr.; and a great grandson, Sean Patrick Franklin; a brother, Ray Malcolm Patrick , his wife, Margaret, and their children, Dennis and Holly Ray. Graveside service will be 10 a.m., Friday (March 10) at the El Reno Cemetery.Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association. Huber-Benson Funeral Home, El Reno, OK.
