Mrs. Sarah Dailey, 75 years old, one of the oldest residents of South Baltimore, died Saturday night at the home of her son-in-law, Sergt. Thomas Eagan, of the Southern District, 1311 Hanover Street, after an illness of about a year. Mrs. Dailey had been an invalid for five years.
Born in Ireland, she came to America when she was about 18. She was one of the oldest members of St. Mary's Star of the Sea.
She is survived by three children, Mrs. Eagan, Messrs. Lawrence J. and Michael F. Dailey and 11 grandchildren. (Baltimore Sun, 8/22/1910)
