Norma Faye (Cox) Kruger, 79, of Richmond, passed away Thursday, April 14, 2016, at the Hospice Compassionate Care Center of Richmond.
She was born December 20, 1936, in Jackson County, Kentucky, to the late Jeff and Anna Kate (Richardson) Cox. Norma was a retired administrative assistant for the Palmyra Village local government in New York and was of the Church of Christ faith.
She is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Harold Everett Kruger of Richmond and one sister, Lorena Gann (Jack) of Berea.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Tracy Lynn Kruger; one sister, Modena Fields and three brothers, Henry, Bruce, and Finley Cox.
Memorial services and interment will be later at Pittsford, New York.
